How to handle breakup the normal way.

Assalamualaikum! Hai readers, thank you for spending your time here.

Okey as you can see from the headline this post was intentionally for those who has just broken up with his/her kesayangan but hey untuk yang single pun boleh baca okey.

This post was actually not the best method I would say but actually the normal way to handle breakup and move on from your past with flying colours (Yay!). Though this post was actually based on my readings, sharing stories and my experience (Huhu). Lets begin!

1) Emotional breakdown is normal. Lepas dah breakup sangatlah normal untuk korang being so emotional. Tak ada selera nak makanlah, study pun susah, tak semangat, etc. And its okey actually cause we human are designed to have that feeling. If you feel sad, don't pretend that your happy. Coolly except that you are sad and hurt with this relationship. It actually heals you too because you acknowledge your own feelings instead of ignoring it. So nak nangis ke , teriak ke, please do cause it heals your heart. Cuma jangan terbawa- bawa sampai berminggu2 ,berbulan2. Dah lain cerita tu dik oi.

2)Okey after dah nangis, dah emotional, you are in the midst of remembering/forgetting him kan? Bila time dah lupakan dialah yang kita selalu teringatkan dia. This is because of our unconscious mind yang asyik dok ulang tayang gambaran dia dalam otak kita. The way to actually forgetting him is just to let the time goes by. You can't just forget the person in a day or two right? So instead of rushing and forcing yourself to forget him, accept the fact that this will takes time. Don't force yourself to forget him, instead go and find other alternative to forget your focus on him. Avoid doing things that can make you easily remember him. Go find other alternative. ;)

3)Lepas you dah in the middle of forgetting him, avoid him on social media or any gathering. Bukan apa, your emotion is unstable now and needs to heal first. Jauhkan diri daripada si dia sampai korang dah rasa neutral. I cannot guarantee you how long it takes cause it depends on how you handle your emtion. For myself example, it took me for a year to being okey with everything (eventhough our relationship was actually last less than a year .lol) . And it took for me 2 years to being completely cool and ignorant to him (in a mean word, have no feelings at all) . I would say I wasn't strong enough when I first broke up since it was my first time and that I was having other personal problems too at that time. Itulah sebab the way to forget him completely is depends on you. You need to redha and at the same time berdoa yang everything will be alright. Don't worry cause God hears your prayer.

4) Find positive personality. I don't know about other girls, but for me, right after I settled down with my emotional breakdown..yada yada...I create a new positive personality in me. I don't know how it happen. I used to easily cried and emotional until one day, I thought my heart could have explode for crying too much.I said to myself to stop being cry-baby and promise no tears for a week. And it works and it progress to few months later! Now I can't remember when was the last time I cry (could probably when I'm watching K Drama) . I become happier , easy going, sometimes I laugh too much.. it was very different from the way I was before. I think it is vital for everyone to find positive in inner self when one has going through deep hole. It was like a self transformation and a gift to yourself after all the emotional hurdles that you been through.

I guess that just it. I hope anyone who is broken heart will find peace in ownself. It will takes time but believes me you'll get better after going through it. ;)

Hiking Bukit Batu Chondong

Assalamualaikum semua. :)

3 Minggu yg lepas aku sempat meluangkan waktu dengan bestfriend aku, Athirah untuk mendaki Bukit Batu Chongdong! Bukit ni terletak di hulu Kelang.

Kalau nak ke Bukit Batu Chondong (BBC) ni senang je laluan dia, korang masuk je jalan sebelah main entrance Zoo Negara dan straight lepas menuju ke ATV Kemensah Ulu Kelang.

Dalam 4.3 Km dari main entrance Zoo Negara

Laluan menuju ke BBC walaupun straigth je tapi dia agak berliku dan sempit , so hati2 okey guys.

Main entrance Bukit Batu Chondong ni agak hidden sebab tak ada papan tulis 'EntranceBBC' tapi laluan dia bersebelahan dengan rumah batu terbiar,

Trek BBC ni agak mencunam dan laluan dia dikelilingin semak dan pohon buluh. Hati2 bila naik, jangan pegang sebarangan dahan takut tangan terluka okey guys.

This is the trek I got from other blog

Nampak macam rendah kan tapi sebenarnya tingi tau

Dah serupa kera masa panjat tu >.<
Sikit je lagi..

Dah sampai. YASS!

Lepas dah lepas panjat batu-batu ni, means nak dekat sampai puncak dah tu. Yeay.

Dah sampai pun puncak BBC!

Ambil gambar kawan dulu.

Puncak BBC seriously cantik. Berbaloi panjat sini, dahlah ketinggian dia rendah tapi boleh dapat view macam panjat Gunung.

Kalau mak tengok gambar ni mau kena marah.
Wajib ambil gambar dengan plag ni. :)

Ambik feeling jap ;P

Makan dulu guys.

Lapar sangat tu sis...

Dah sampai puncak haruslah selfie dengan view gunung. :)

Tapi kena hati2 lebih since trek dia mencanak , so senang untuk korang jatuh (macam aku bahaha).

On the way balik tu, kitaorg singgah pekena roti canai dengan teh o dekat gerai berdekatan.

Tapi I cakap u, teh o dia memang sedap weh memang kaw. Athirah pulak order Milo pun rasa sedap weh , manis dengan pekat dia just nice.

Sampai2 rumah dah 10 malam. Penat dari hiking pun tak hilang lagi sampai aku terlelap waktu beraya. **teruk betul**

Okeylah guys thank you for reading this entry. :)

DAY 5 : SEOUL- BUSAN (LESSON LEARNED)

Assalamualaikum semua.

Sorry delay untuk last post. Serious sorry.

But a lot of things happened to us during our fifth day here.It is actually the worst day of our stay in Korea. Want to know why...

Last2 nanti I cerita okey..

First, before nak ke Busan kami singgah ke Namdaemun Market (again!) sebab tak puas beli cenderahati and tiba2 ada kawan pm suruh belikan nilah belikan tulah..macam2 .

We took 2 hours plus at Namdaemun Market before heading to Seoul Station.
Train kami dijadual jam 3.30 ptg.

And the horror begins. Disclaimer :Please learn from our mistake.

We arrived at Busan International Airport around 10 pm mcm tu. Kedai dalam airport semua dah tutup. And please let me tell you, there's nothing around Busan International Aiport. No hotels, cafe or even kereta waktu malam.

So memang kami sangat lapar and silap kami tak beli makanan dekat Busan Station. Sobs Sobs . I is sadddd.

So kitaorg lepak dalam airport dengan perut kelaparan.. Then suddenly ada guard datang ke arah kami and cakap bahasa korea selit dgn minimal english which means 'Keluar, aiport tutup' .

I was like omg seriouslah Aiport ni tutup jam 11 malam! It was freezing cold outside with nothing to stay or eat.

Kitaorg pun keluar and pergi ke subway station. Tunggu sampai jam 12 tengah malam camtu, lagi sorang pak guard tapi ni inchagre subway station, arah kami keluar dengan cara baik. Terkial2 kitaorang tak tahu nak stay dekat mana.

Pak guard tu lastly inform boleh stay dekat Bus Station bersebelahan Aiport.

It was 8 degree celcius that time with no proper heating and place to sleep, It was the worst. I'm freezing to death.

Our flight jam 10am, and pak guard inform aiport akan buka jam 5 pagi. So we have to wait for 5 hours until dapat masuk airport. It was 5 hours of hell to wait (cuma hell ni sejuk).

There were many Korean actually dekat situ yang tunggu sama2 dengan kami. The bus station door is widely open so the wind can enter the station and it was very cold. The coldest I've had in my life.

So guys please take note. Please get a decent sleep when you travel it doesnt matter in the airport or small room. But at least get a good place to sleep. We couldn't sleep at all for that 5 hours.  Eventhough ada wifi free but still I want to sleep but I couldn't because it was freaking cold.

Bila dah 5 pagi, we immmmmeadiately head to aiport. Bersihkan badan and solat subuh dan beratur untuk check in.

Kalau korang naik Air Asia, beraturlah at least 2 jam awal because I tell you, dekat Korea pun line untuk check in dia sama panjang macam dekat Malaysia.

Dah settle semua and masuk flight smua, terus kami tidur mati.

Thank your for those yang read my post from Day 1 till Day 5. No photos to show for today post (sorry) sebab it was the worst day in Korea.

But really being traveler is not just meeting people and going places but to embrace yourself with unexpected things that will teach you a lesson or making unforgettable experience.

Thank you for reading. Till then. Bye!

DAY 4 SEOUL - GYEONGBOKGUNG PALACE, GWANGHWAMUN SQUARE , CHEONGGYECHEON STREAM , NAMDAEMUN MARKET , MYEONDONG STREET , DDP PLAZA

Assalamualaikum semua.. ;)

last post : DAY 3 SEOUL - NAMI ISLAND , EWHA WOMAN UNIVERSITY

(untuk direction, click on this link , I dah include complete direction in my itinerary )

Okey untuk hari keempat will be quite tiring sebab harini kita banyakkkkkkk berjalan.
Haa sebab kenapa, sebab harini lah last day untuk kita nak berjalan2 dekat Seoul sebab esok dah start balik ke Busan.

Tapi don't worry sebab smua tempat ni actually dekat antara satu sama lain.

So lets go.

GWANGHWAMUN SQUARE - GYEONGBOKGUNG PALACE - CHENGGYECHEONG STREAM

Okey our first stop is Gwanghwamunn Square.

Macam-macam.

Finally we meet!

Ish banyak betul orang photobomb gambar kita. T.T

Dah puas bergambar di Gwanghwamun Square , kita head straight to Gyeongbokgung Palace.
Nak tahu palace tu dekat mana?

Nilah main gate Gyeongbokgung Palace. Panas terik betul sini tapi angin sejuk. Brrr..

Guard dia muka garang. Teragak-agak nak bergambar . Hahaha.

Yeay! Jadi ramai (giler) pengunjung yg ada especially rombongan sekolah. Dari peringkat tadika sampai ke sekolah menengah.

Dah sampai dalam!

If korang ada duit lebih, bolehlah sewa Hanbok dengah harga 10,000 Won utk dua jam ataupun 15,000 Won utk 3 jam. Then, bolehlah photoshoot dekat sini guarantee puas hati. Iolls tak sewa Hanbok sebab nak simpan duit beli kalendar Gong Yoo.Lulz.

Cahaya matahari terik tapi tak panas. Just nice.

Jalan dalam Gyeongbokgung ni berpasir so kalau nak pakai shades sangat disarankan di sini.

Istana ni actualy filming site untuk banyak drama Korea such as Rooftop PrinceQueen In-Hyun’s Man & Moon Embracing the Sun.

Tempat raja bersemayam.

Dari Istana, korang jalan straight je,yup straighttttt je sampai korang jumpa Cheonggye Plaza, then belok kiri.

Nilah dia Cheoggye Plaza.
Lepas dah belok kiri, jalan straight je dalam 100m camtu dah jumpa stream tu. Tapi jalan jauh lah yea.

Cantik!

Baik betul Pak Cik ni bawa mak dia jalan-jalan.

Nek nak bergambar sekali boleh? kiuhkiuh

Bunga dan bunga. Eh.

Cahaya terik sangat sampai mata macam Kim Jong Kook

One with them :)

Cheonggye Plaza -> Namdaemun Street

Okey, if you guys want to know the best place to buy souvenier in Seoul is at Namdaemun Street. Murah-murah okey.

Mana bendera Malaysia ek?

Okey Kpoppers . All hail to this shop immediately.

Namdaemun market is not only best place to buy souvenir but also accessories and jewelry. Accessories dekat sini omegad i cannot tahan semua cantik2 tau! Harga pun affordable.

Fresh strawberry for 3000 won only. Murah dan besar pulak tu.

Namdaemun Street -> Myeondong Street.

Next stop is my favourite place in Seoul , which is Myeondong Street!

So this is M Plaza!

The best thing about Myeondong Street is that they are many halal street food yang you guys boleh makan tanpa syak wasangkakakaka.

Dalam bun ni ada telur

Tuna Kimbap

Eomuk

I eat this a lot in Korea. Got 2 flavors inside ; Red Bean and Custard

Hotteok

And coming to Myeondong Street actually not only for food kan, tapi sebab nak shopping! Dekat sini ada banyak sangat jual barang kosmetik Korea , rambang mata kita.

Harga kosmetik Korea dekat sini murah compare to Malaysia. Contohnya I bought Innisfree No Sebum dekat Myeondong for 4,500 Won (RM 13) tapi dekat Malaysia jual RM30. SUCH A GREAT BARGAIN OKEYYY.

Myeondong Street -> Dongdaemun Design Plaza

After Myeondong Street kita menuju ke DDP pulak.

Dekat DDP ni selalu buat konsert and art showcase.
